Thanks for the reference to the book "Staying with the Trouble". I intend to put it on my "To read" list immediately. I really like the idea of seeing with the heart and not jumping into protests and objections but simply being with what is happening, witnessing the changes, and appreciating the way things happen.

"The glimmer and the glint". I look forward the glimmer and the glint in the crystal centres of flint stones on the shore here in Hove. Those that I find have a magical quality. I gaze at the glimmer of the sun on the sea through a holey flint stones. I place flowers on the bodies of dead birds that I find, and always say a prayer for the many road kills foxes and badgers I see on my drive to work.

The power of lost species memorials, I've taken part in ceremonies led by Andreas Korneval.

I've just signed up to the online March sessions. Looking forward to it.

Thanks Serena for the roadside report. I loved Kathryn Poole's artwork and Richard Skelton's wren threnody from our requiem issue here: https://dark-mountain.net/earth-burial/

Andreas' cairns are great. See you in March!

The photo of the snowdrop is exquisitely beautiful. Is it okay to share it with others, with credit given to the photographer of course?
